The Senate President Bukola Saraki would not appear before the police for questioning,anymore the lawmaker has said this afternoon.
Mr Saraki twitted that he now has a formal communication from the police, and that it was not necessary for him to appear but rather to answer questions bordering on the robbery in Offa, Kwara State, in April.

The announcement came moments after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo met with Mr Saraki and the inspector general, Ibrahim Idris, together with the head of State Security Service, Lawal Daura, in Abuja.
It will be recalled that some of the suspects in the Offa robbery confessed to being sponsored by Mr Saraki
