Unfortunately African teams today started the world cup on a sad note Morocco-Iran 0-1 and Egypt- Uruguay 0-1. Both teams started on bright notes but chicken out moments before full time. All eyes are now on the Super Eagles of Nigeria to redeem Africa's image .
Africa is looking forward to increase in number of teams representing her in the next world cup following the increase in number of teams playing at the games to forty eight. Her improved performance in this world cup will as serve strong bases for the demand of increase in the number of representations from five to eight or more as the case might be.
