Today 3rd of June is a black Sunday for Mbachom village, Turan Jato-Aka Kwande L.G.A of Benue State as suspected Fulani herdsmen attacked again in the early hours of the day. The invaders killed numerous villagers including women and children Houses and properties were set ablaze .
Concorde Education gathered that the attack, which occurred Sunday, morning left several villagers fleeing out of the area and surrounding villages for fear of another invasion by the attackers.
According to the council head, they were taken unawares because there were no prior misunderstanding between the villagers and Fulani herdsmen, The state police command is yet to make a comment concerning the attack at the time of filing this report.
