                                           22nd July, 2019.
.

COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF A WORKERS CONGRESS IN IBADAN ON  MONDAY 22ND JULY 2019,OVER THE DELAY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE.

After a careful examination of the situation surrounding the nascent struggle by labour for a new national minimum wage and the  recent table released by government as signed by the Executive  Chairman , National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission, when negotiations are not yet concluded, we the Nigerian Workers are led to conclude that government is not ready to pay the new national  minimum wage as signed into law by President Buhari on 18th April 2019.

The table presented by government is not a product of collective bargaining and that they only succeeded in inconsequentially adjusting the salaries of officers from grade levels 01 to 06.We are all aware that levels 01 to 06 have been privatise thus little or no officers will benefit from the so called adjustment.

Painfully, despite all the time committed to the minimum wage negotiations, it has been fruitless.Worker's hope have been dashed and  our sufferings increased. We are surprise that government in not willing to pay the new minimum wage.

We the Nigerian workers therefore resolve as follows that:
1. Labour should immediately withdraw from further negotiations with government as nothing good will come out of any further engagement with government .
2..Labour should immediately resume the earlier suspended indefinite national strike on the minimum wage.
3.While Nigerian workers are waiting on labour to declare a national strike, workers should start engaging in isolated strikes,  and lock ups of workplaces in protest against the non implementation of the minimum wage.
4.As a pace setter state, we the workers at the federal secretariat Ibadan shall shut down the secretariat indefinitely from Monday 29th July 2019 until government is ready to do the right thing .
5.We call on the poor and denied workers of Nigeria to rise up and fight for their rights.
6.We call on civil society organisations to join us in the struggle for a just society.
7.As regards the general insecurity and massive killings across the county, we call on labour to organise a national day of protest.

Enough of the deceit.
Enough of the suffering .
Let all workers arise and fight.
Please share and ensure that every. Nigerian worker reads this.
The time to act is now.
We shall overcome .

Tell The Truth Always

Three University guys dodged exam because they did not study. They came up with a plan, got themselves dirty using grease, then went to see the Lecturer.
”Sir we are sorry we couldn't make it to the exam. We attended a wedding and on our way back the car broke down thus we became so dirty as you can see". The Lecturer understood and gave them three days
to prepare.
After three days, they went to the Lecturer very ready for the exam because they had studied. The Lecturer put them in three separate classes with only four questions in the exam paper;
1. Who got married? (25 marks)
2. Where was the reception held? (25mks)
3. Where exactly did the car break down?
(25mks)
4.What type of car broke down? (25mks)
Marking scheme: your answers must be the same.!!!
They are still in the exam hall as we speak! 😂
Lesson : The truth shall set you free.😜😜😜🤣

Such will be the scenario of the judgment day, we can plan evil with others as a group but at the judgment day we must answer individually for our selves

Test Rhesus Factor incompatibility Before Marriage

*ASIDE KNOWING YOUR GENOTYPE BEFORE MARRIAGE THERE'S NEED FOR A WOMAN TO KNOW HER RHESUS FACTOR - RHESUS FACTOR INCOMPATIBILITY IS A LEADING CAUSE OF MISCARRIAGE! NOT ALWAYS "YOUR VILLAGE PEOPLE!"*

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS:

Rhesus Factor is an antigen that exists on the
surface of red blood cells in most people (about
85% of humans). It is also referred to as Rh
Factor. People who have the Rh have
“positive” (+) blood types, such as A+, O+ or B+
are said to be rhesus Factor positive, while those
who have the Rh “negative” (-) blood types, such
as A–, O– or AB– are said to be rhesus factor
negative . The “+” and “-” after the blood group
is the Rhesus factor. Generally, we have A+, A–,
B+, B–, AB+, AB–, O+ and O–. Rhesus factor is
genetic in nature. It is inherited from the
parents, emphatically the father.

*How does Rhesus Factor cause miscarriage?*
If a Rh– woman is impregnated by a man with
Rh–, there wouldn’t be any problem. However, if
a Rh– woman is impregnated by a man with Rh+,
there would be a problem if the baby inherits Rh+
from the father . We have here what is medically
called Rhesus Factor Incompatibility. The baby
would obviously be Rh+. During child birth, once
the baby’s Rh+ comes in contact with the
woman Rh- during delivery, the antibodies are
immediately activated by the woman’s body’s
immune system.
The activated antibodies would see the new Rh+
as foreign body or a threat and consequently
they would be at alert to attack and get rid of
the foreign body. Unfortunately as such, after
this particular child birth, the woman would keep
having miscarriages because the activated
antibodies would see subsequent Rh+
pregnancies as foreign bodies and would keep
fighting and taking them off.
Women with Rh activated antibodies are said to
be Rh sensitized and once these antibodies are
activated , they can never be deactivated until
the woman dies. Rh induced antibodies are
activated in a Rh- woman by child birth, abortion,
miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
If a Rh– woman commits an abortion for a Rh+
man and the antibodies are activated in her
system, the woman might end up childless
throughout her life except if she later marries
another man with with the same Rh–. The
possibility of a Rh– woman finding a Rh– man is
slim as about 85% of human beings are Rh+.

This is a warning to our young girls who commit
abortions all in the name of boyfriend-girlfriend
relationships.
If you’re a woman with Rh– and your fiance is
Rh+, and you haven’t committed abortion for him
and you don’t want to leave him, then, you need
to take note of the following:
In order to prevent the activation of the
antibodies, doctors would give women in this
category an injection called Rhogam during and
after pregnancy to prevent spontaneous abortion
due to Rhesus factor incompatibility. The
injection is normally administered 28 weeks into
pregnancy, 72 hours after delivery, after ectopic
pregnancy, miscarriage or abortion. If the
injection is not administered and the antibodies
are activated, they would never be deactivated
again!
In many African cultures up till today, women
who are so unfortunate to find themselves
having serial spontaneous abortions due to
Rhesus factor incompatibility are considered
witches by some of their people. Some of the
women would accuse their in-laws of being
behind their predicament.

So, if you’re a woman with Rh– , you need to be
very careful. It might be difficult for you to get a
husband with a Rh– because about 85% of
human beings are Rh+. So, in order not to find
yourself in the aforementioned problem, put all
that have been said at the back of your mind
and go for genetic counselling. If you have a
daughter or a sister with Rh–, counsel them on
Rhesus Factor Incompatibility and the dangers
lying therein.
It should also be noted that a Rh– person(man
or woman) cannot receive blood donation from a
Rh+ person even if they have the same blood
group. The consequence of such blood
transfusion is fatal. It would lead to death as the
blood would clot. This is due to the
incompatibility in their Rhesus factor.
GOD Bless.
*KNOW YOUR RHESUS FACTOR TODAY!!!*
share this knowledge with your friends, because
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

Let's Stand Against This Evil

Dear friends, there's a very important piece of history I'll like to share with you which concerns you.

On December 1, 1955, a middle-aged "negro woman" in America, Mrs. Rosa Parks, refused to stand up for a young white man who just entered the segregated bus she was ridding in. If she did, she would have had to stand all through the journey.

At that time, the bus is segregated in most parts of America: white people sit in front rows and black people sit from the back. Blacks would normally pay fare to the driver in the front, then step out of the bus and go through the back door to find a place in an already tight area at the back. If the allocated spaces for blacks are filled, all other blacks joining the bus would have to stand even when the more than half of the bus spaces reserved for whites are empty! Such was the injustice and humiliation that black Americans faced then.

*For refusing to stand up for the young white man, Mrs Rosa Parks was immediately arrested, scheduled for prosecution on Monday December 5. Then the Rev. Martins Luther King and his NAACP comrades stepped in. They called out the people. They spoke about the sad realities of their existence, the terror of an unjust system and barbaric treatments in the hands of fellow Americans*

*In addition to speaking out, these Black Americans  decided to take action to protest that injustice by boycotting the segregated buses. The boycott began December 6, 1955*

Dear friends, here is the crux of the matter: Black Americans took action! For 1 year and 16 days, *they trekked to and from work or boarded improvised pooled taxes, everyday*, until the US supreme courts declared segregation unconstitutional!

During the struggle, someone offered one tired black woman a lift in his pool car, but she declined, saying, *"l ain't trekking for myself, but for my children and grandchildren "*!

So, dear friends, whenever we don’t take action and we feel unobligated, unconcerned,* we should simply remember the black Americans and those women. Without them, the freedom that US enjoys today wouldn't have happened, or happened too late.
Obama may not have become the President of US.

*So, the questions before all of us now are: Are we slaves to the Fulani people? Are you ready to trek for yourself and your generation yet unborn as the black Americans did? Are we willing to do our own little bits for the cause of good governance and security of our people? Are we ready to act? If today, it is Benue, Kaduna, Taraba, Enugu, etc, which state or community is next? We have complained and grumbled enough. Now is the time to take action*

*Dear friends, there's a general consensus that with effect from July 21st 2019, there should be a total boycott of Fulani cow meat, including suya, kanda (skin), etc. We should discipline our appetite and make this sacrifice now to put an end to the killing of farmers because of cows*

*We can get protein from chicken, goat meat, fish, pork, etc. How can we continue to patronise their business and then they turn around to kill our people and destroy our communities? Enough is enough*

Pls spread this information to people around you. Thank you. God bless.

*I think a ONE YEAR BOYCOTT for a start will send the right signals to this murderous fulani group and their government collaborators. July 21st 2019 commencement date please. Let's keep it a date*

Please spread the news to ALL your contacts.

The Scam Of Cryptic Pregnancy

It was a cold and rainy morning sometime in April, when one of the OPD nurses on duty knocked on the consulting room.
Nurse KC: Doc, are you free? There’s a new patient that will like to see you.
Me: Okay, Please send her in.
Me: Good morning Ma’am, how may I help you?
Patient: Good morning Doc, I am about 3 months pregnant but still seeing my menses monthly and I am worried.
Me: It is not normal to be pregnant and still be bleeding or seeing your menses.
Me: How was this pregnancy confirmed? PT? Ultrasound Scan? Any pregnancy symptoms?
Patient: They said I should not go to any hospital for antenatal or pregnancy tests because the baby won’t show in scan and pregnancy test would be negative.
Me: Who are these “They” that told you these? It is strange that a woman will be pregnant for 3 months yet PT test can’t detect hCG level or ultrasound scan show the fetus.
Patient: Ha! Doc, you’ve not heard about cryptic pregnancy that most women are going for in this town?
Me: (Dumbfounded) Cryptic Pregnancy? You mean the MTV’s series “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant”? I don’t understand ma’am
Patient: No, Doc there’s a woman that gets women pregnant via cryptic pregnancy n they even have a WhatsApp group where some ladies share their testimonies.
At that moment I had to adjust the temperature of the air conditioning system because the interaction was becoming interesting when I heard “WhatsApp group” and “There’s a woman that gets women pregnant via cryptic pregnancy”
Me: Ma’am, from your biodata I can see you’re a Barrister, when you heard the word cryptic, weren’t you skeptical about the whole process? Cryptic is something obscure/not clear or mysterious. Why allow someone help make you pregnant and it’s is now cryptic/hidden or suspicious?
Patient: (Heads down and feeling bad probably)
Me: Okay, let’s google what cryptic pregnancy is all about together.
Cryptic pregnancy or stealth or delayed pregnancy is a lack of subjective awareness of pregnancy until the end of gestation in pregnant women. They aren’t common, but they’re not unheard of, either. It has an incidence of 1:475. Causes are not clear.
There is no medical literature to support the fact that someone can make you pregnant in a cryptic way
Me: Ma’am, so you see that cryptic pregnancy is an abnormal finding and not a normal one. Please tell me more about it.
Patient: I was introduced by a friend, they have 3 categories N500,000, N1,000,000 and N1,800,000 depending on sex selection and success rate. On my 1st visit to the clinic after confirmation of payment, something was inserted into my vagina..
..and I was asked to have regular vaginal sexual intercourse with my husband and return in 4 weeks time and was told am pregnant in a cryptic way and that I should not bother going to any hospital for antenatal or for pregnancy tests because the baby won’t show in scan.
Me: Did you ask them what was inserted into your vagina?
Patient: No
Me: Why not? Beside being a Lawyer don’t you know it is your right to know what drug is being given to you, why it’s being given and possible side effects/reactions?
Patient: (Awkward silence)
Me: Please go on..
Patient: Was told to only visit their clinic and come regularly for an injection until the completion of 9 months after which I will deliver via c/s because the baby is a special one. And that I will continue seeing my menses but should not be bothered.
Me: Wow!!!, how many of such injections have you received?
Patient: Three
Me: Okay, now before we continue let’s do an “Abdominopelvic ultrasound scan” with our 3D ultrasound machine and have our experienced Radiologist & Sonographer search for that hidden baby in your body.
About an hour later after a thorough scan and a repeat PT test. No baby was found and PT negative. Only findings was an enlarged liver, ?left ureteric stone, right ovarian cyst and multiple leiomyoma
In summary, after thorough investigation and interviews of other women that victims of this scheme by me and my colleagues; This is our findings/conclusion..
What these scam centres actually do is that they keep injecting these women with high level of oestrogen and sometimes progesterone hormones that cause the abdomen to bloat/enlarge, formation of cysts and appearance of being pregnant.
These frauds ain’t concerned about the implications of high doses of such hormones on these women like breast cancer, ovarian cancer and stroke
By the 9th month these victims are booked for fraudulent elective c/s and general anaesthesia is used to put them to sleep and upon recovery or waking up from the effect of the anaesthesia she will find a baby or babies by her side depending on the amount paid.
We discovered that most of them can’t initiate breast feeding or don’t breastfeed at all. This elaborate scam brainwash these women and they throw all sense of reasoning away no matter how educated they are. Their desperation for a child make them easy prey.
The so called WhatsApp group of women sharing testimonies is another scam to keep these women believing.
Cryptic Pregnancy in Eastern part of Nigeria is a big money spinning scam. Cryptic Pregnancy cannot be forced or created.

SOUTH WEST GOVERNORS AT THE BURIAL OF FUNKE OLAKURIN

South West governors Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, and Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo, attended the burial of Funke Olakunrin, daughter of the leader of Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, Igbere TV reports.

Mrs Olakunrin was laid to rest on Monday at the cemetery of St. David’s Cathedral Anglican Church, Akure, Ondo State.

She was killed by an Fulani herdsmen suspect on July 12 along Benin-Ore expressway.

With them at the burial were former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode; former Ondo State governor, Olusegun Mimiko; Senator Iyiola Omisore; and former minister of communications, Omobola Johnson.

Akeredolu, spoke on behalf of other South-West governors said that they were bent on facing security challenges in the region head-on.

“It is a serious security challenge but we are prepared to face the challenge, don’t doubt it.

“Something drastic and urgent has to be done and we are determined to do it, there is no other way,” he said.
