12. Government’s White Paper seeks to :
a) Selectively enforce the "no work, no pay" clause in Trade Dispute Act without regard to other provisions in the Law;
b)  Fix tenures for workers holding executive positions in their unions in contravention of ILO Convention 87, Articles 3,4 & 8;
c). Usurp  Unions' rights  to choose their leaderships and memberships of  negotiating  teams in violation of Articles 3, 4 & 8 of ILO Convention 87.
13. Government’s White Paper constitutes a direct interference in union matters; curtailing of  freedom of Association; Right to Organise, and Collective Bargaining !
